Voinko synkronoida Outlookin yhteystietoni Google Contactsin kanssa ennen kuin jaan ne tiimini kanssa?

Google Workspace Sync for Microsoft Outlook (GWSMO) on Googlen tarjoama työkalu, jonka avulla käyttäjät voivat synkronoida Google Workspace (entinen G Suite) -tilinsä Microsoft Outlookin kanssa. Näin käyttäjät voivat hallita sähköpostejaan, yhteystietojaan, kalentereitaan ja muita tietojaan Outlookissa pitäen kaiken synkronoituna Google Workspace -tilinsä kanssa. 

  1. Lataa GWSMO. 
  2. Open the installation on the computer that you use for Outlook and follow the instructions. 
  3. Sign in to your Google Workspace Account:
    • Enter the email address for your Google Account and click Jatka.
    • Enter your password and click Seuraava.
    • Klikkaa Salli Google-tilin käyttöoikeus.
  4. Import data.
    In the GWSMO app’s window, you should configure your syncing preferences. With Google Workspace Sync for Microsoft Outlook, you can import your Outlook data to your Google Account from an existing Outlook profile, a Microsoft Exchange profile, or a PST file containing data exported from Outlook. Check Tuo tietoja olemassa olevasta profiilista and select what else, in addition to contacts, you’d like to transfer. Click Luo profiili.
  5. Start Microsoft Outlook.
    • Klikkaa Käynnistä Microsoft Outlook Google Workspace Sync Microsoft Outlookin kanssa. 
    • Select your Google Workspace profile.
    • Click OK.
